Observation

During the visit on 3/14/24, it was observed that Clorox wipes, Clorox spray cleaner, hand sanitizers, and other commercial cleaning products were on counters and on low shelves within reach of children. During the visit on 3/21/24, it was observed that there was a tray of ant killer on the exit window which was accessible to children via the emergency exit ladder. It was then removed during the visit.
